How much does tutoring cost?
Our rate is competitively priced at: $55-$85 per one hour private tutoring lesson. Our prices vary depending on the academic subjects and test taking skills.  We offer several different tutoring programs that are tailored to fit your needs.  We invoice by the tutoring program, prior to when your tutoring sessions start. There is no extra charge for the tutor's travel time. There are no surprise fees. Tutoring may be cancelled at any time with 24 hours notice. If you do not cancel a tutoring session at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged the full one hour fee. If we do receive proper notification, you will receive a credit for one lesson to be applied to the next month's bill. Credits will be reflected on the next month's billing cycle.

How do I schedule lessons?
From our website: www.TutoringResults.com and click on "Contact Us". From there, we can search for a tutor in a particular subject area and see if they have a time slot available that matches your preference. You may also email: info@tutoringresults.com or call: 1-888-59-TUTOR (Toll Free) to get the scheduling process started. We answer all calls and return all emails within 24 hours.

How do I make payments?
You will be billed for the tutoring program you select prior to when your tutoring sessions start. Payments can be made by personal check, business check, money order or cashier's check.  You will be automatically billed the $25.00 administration fee.

What about holidays, vacations, and inclement weather ?
When there is inclement weather, we will leave it up to the discretion of the parent and the tutor as to whether or not a lesson will be held. Please communicate with your tutor on lesson days when there is inclement weather. Individual tutors may offer lessons on holidays, but parents are not obligated to have a lesson at those times. For scheduled vacations, please follow our cancellation policy of 24 hours notice.

What if I decide to quit tutoring lessons?
You may withdraw your child at any time. However, Tutoring Results Inc. requires two weeks notice, as a courtesy to the teacher. Since you pay for all lessons at the beginning of each month, it is a good idea to finish the month and hours you have paid for.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your tutor we will replace your tutor within a few days.
